Ruger American AR Pattern Flush-Fit Mags

Makes much nicer rifle

A great upgrade for the Ruger American Rifle in 6.5 Grendel. It's a huge improvement in handling vs the extended mag supplied. I have to wonder, except for price why Ruger doesn't supply it with the rifle!

The stock mag makes this rifle unusable for me based simply on the way I carry the rifle. This mag fixes this issue, and it will be in the field for the first time after owning it for 2 years.

Love the Flush Fit magazine for 6ARC Gen II Ruger American Replacing the awkward ten round original magazine with the flush fit is like relief from pain. The sweet little rifle becomes what it should be: now easy to carry in hand or crook of arm and convenient to shoot from a rest. It is silent with the flush fit when slung over a shoulder, eliminating the rattle of the original ten round magazine in that position. Bravo Duramag!

These mags are a prayer answered for me as I have a Ruger American rifle cambered for the .350 legend and a Ruger American gen 2 chambered in the .22 arc. The problem was the ar style mags that hung down and seemed to get in the way when carrying or shooting from a rest. Dura-mag flush fit mags solved all of the problems and both rifles actually cycled the ammo better than the factory mags. These are a high quality mags and I truly recommend them. Also the shipping of the product was fast. I definitely will be ordering more from them.

This magazine fits prefect,sticking out just slightly below the stock. Feeding smoothly with no hangup's. I really like the bottom of the magazine being polymer as the factory magazine is metal. Overall this is a great product.

When pulling down slightly on the mag the bolt action will work fine, but when my hand is resting under the mag the bolt catches on a small piece of plastic on the mag and won't go shut. Otherwise the fit and flush feel is awesome compared to the 10 rd mag

I used this rifle last year to tag a couple of Arkansas whitetails. The factory 10 round is awkward sometimes in hunting situations. So far am liking the flush fit magazine much better. Ruger should offer the flush mount mag as an option.
