28 vs 30 round mags.
You may have noticed that we produce both 28 round and 30 round magazines for the 7.62×39 caliber, and you may be thinking “why?” Well the answer is really quite simple. The 28 round Duramag SS 7.62×39 magazine was designed specifically for operator preference and shooters that wish to use 5.56 style kit and pouches. The magazines are a great deal shorter than the 30 round version allowing them to fit more comfortably in any mag pouch or carrier and decreases or eliminates contact with the magazine next to it if in a chest-rig.
Best mag yet. Gun cycled with zero issues , will def be purchasing more.

I've tried many other magazines and had fit and feed issue. With DuraMag, the fit and feed was perfect. I'm buying a few more!

Ran this with my Sanders Armory 7.62x39 upper. It worked perfectly, and I had bought 6 more. Me and a buddy went to the range and mag dumped 6 full mags of Wolf steel case. Not a single hiccup. And this gun had never been cleaned at all even though it had probably 150 rounds through it already.
Note: if you are having trouble, lubricate your rifle. 7.62x39 uppers like to run wet.

28RD 7.62x39 mag

Best 7.62x39 mag out there.
28 RD mag is perfect. Fired over 500 rds and had zero issues.
30 rd mag has issues releasing the last 3-4 rounds. Very problematic. If you want a reliable mag…go with the 28rd.

Feed problems on the right side of mag. Attached the mag in 3 ar pistol an 2 ar style rifle. They needed to be opened up just a little. I did all my mags
